Al Hamdan Law Firm is managed by experienced lawyer Layla Al Hamdan. Ms. Al Hamdan was the Yemen and UAE Director for the Houston Law Center’s (University of Houston Law Center) Middle Eastern Legal English Institute. Over that time, Ms. Al Hamdan taught numerous private and public institutions in this region.

Layla Al Hamdan
Attorney at Law – Head of Corporate Law Department; Lebawan Qur’an Teacher.
Ms. Al Hamdan has 15 years of experience in legal practice. She is a scholar in the field of legal English. She started the legal training courses organized in the Middle East and Gulf Region – based on an American Bar Association project. She succeeded in training judges, Emiratis and Arab lawyers in the Gulf region. She frequently works speaking to Arab audiences using English legal terminology, due to her unique position in the field of legal English.
Mohammed Mare’i
LLB – Trainee Lawyer.
Mr. Mare’i is specialized in corporate law and recovering bad debts. He has accumulated three years of legal experience, 18 months of which are under the supervision of Senior Partner Layla Al Hamdan. He is an attorney trainee with the Qatar Bar Association.
Aisha Abdul Karim
Paralegal – Head of Real Estate Department.
Ms. Abdul Karim has over four years of experience and success in various administrative roles. She is an aspiring lawyer shocking District Courts when she argues cases and explains legal language to the preparation team before judges adjudicate. She advocates predominately for her clients interests in real estate issues, contracts, and amending contracting errors before they become problematic. She makes the legal, drafting and reviewing processes in contracts less stressful to all parties.
