The decision on whether someone qualifies for our pro bono program is based on various factors including but not limited to the applicant’s level of income and financial situation, the nature of the legal proceeding, and the level of impact the matter may have on the individual’s personal life. Preference is given to:

- Immigrants & Refugees seeking legal status or protection

- Victims of discrimination or social injustices
Each application will be welcomed with sensitivity and discretion. If your case does not qualify, we will make every effort to provide you with referrals to other organizations that may be better able to assist you.
